Online return policy :

If you change your mind for any reason or make a mistake, we will happily accept the return of your items for exchange or reimbursements if they are returned in the same condition as when you got them within 14 days. Please contact our customer service department to arrange for a Return Authority form to be sent with your return. To guarantee that your return reaches us, we recommend using a trackable shipping option.

In-transit damage (upon receiving)

  • Please notify us within 14 days after receiving your purchase if you have received a product that has been damaged during the shipping process.
  • Please snap photographs of the damaged goods as soon as the packaging is removed.
  • We’ll start an investigation, and if we discover that the shipment was damaged in transportation, we’ll send you a replacement item at no cost to you.
  • Please keep in mind that we have no control over any damages that occur during delivery. As a result, our dispatch staff will ensure that all of your racquet orders are securely packed and labelled as fragile.
  • If an item come DOA (Dead on Arrival) or you discover a fault after delivery and submit a valid claim to Customer Service within 30 days of delivery, we will exchange the product or refund the purchase price.
  • The replacement Product will have the same delivery time and warranty as the original DOA Product.
  • SportsX will provide refunds by check or credit to “Your Account.” You have the option of cashing out “Your Account” at any moment if a credit has been set up for it.
  • You will not be eligible for a refund until we receive the DOA Product from you.
