Information on Shipping and Delivery!

• If you want to purchase anything online and pick it up later at our Caringbah location, you must choose “Sydney” as the “State / Region” for the delivery address. “Pickup” may only be selected in this manner.
• Australia Post is our default mode of delivery for small products. Please consult the table below when your order will be sent.
• Items sent by Australia Post can take up to 7 days to arrive in Australia, and longer for shipping to other countries.
• Pick-up is available on request. For the pickup -please send us an email.
• When ordering your rubbers or blades, be sure you choose the appropriate shipping destination.
• If the order is only for rubbers and blades, our shopping cart system will determine if FREE SHIPPING is available. If you add large things like balls, bags, robots, and other items worth more than $250.00 (applies to Australian Delivered Goods via Aust Post), freight will be charged.

Shipping Times for Default Orders :

Time Received – Description
Before 1:00pm – Orders will be sent the same day or the following working day in most cases.
After 1:00pm – Following that, orders are usually sent the next business day.

• The time it takes for your order to arrive varies depending on where you are in Australia. Orders will be sent from SportsX in Melbourne in 2 to 3 business days.
• Please contact our customer support staff through email if you have any questions about standard product delivery.
• Due to an increased volume of orders during popular promotional and discount times, shipment may be delayed. During these times, 3–5 business days are expected for shipment.
