Buying guide

SportsX's pickleball range centres on Stiga's Aviox paddles — a genuine two-construction line-up built for both club and competitive play — plus the grips to look after them. Choosing between the two paddle builds? Our dedicated pickleball paddles range covers the construction differences in full.

Stiga Aviox paddles: the core of the range

Both Stiga Aviox paddles share a diamond-shaped head for extra reach near the net and are USAPA-approved for competition play, with the Fiber Poly Pro and Carbon Nomex Pro builds covering everything from an all-round club game through to a more powerful, smash-focused style. Both are designed and developed in Sweden, the same engineering base behind Stiga's long-running table tennis blade and rubber ranges, now extended into pickleball at the same competition standard rather than a recreational-only build.

Grips and accessories

Stiga's Ultra Elite overgrip is a 12-pack built for pickleball, padel, badminton and tennis racquets alike — a sticky, sweat-absorbent layer that keeps a paddle grip fresh through a full session, worth fitting to a new paddle from day one. At 0.6 mm thick, it replaces a worn factory grip without changing the paddle's handle feel.
