Built on a 5-ply wood blade with a flared, concave-centre head—the most popular paddle shape—the Wakaba 2000 pairs well with Wakaba rubber featuring 2.0mm sponge thickness. This combination offers good spin potential while keeping control high enough for controlled stroke practice. The paddle is ITTF approved and part of Butterfly’s Japan Series range.
